Derrick Chambers - Here comes one of our two owners. Tonight, they face off for all the marbles. If John Cook wins, he gets to keep his 50% and becomes the President of the BWI. Scorpion will then become a full time member of the BWI roster and sell off his 50% to create a board of the BWI. If Scorpion wins, he becomes 100% owner and can buy out John Cook's 50%. John Cook must then become a full time member of the BWI roster.

["Cocky" by Kid Rock begins to play. John Cook walks out and raises his hands in the air. John Cook then confidently walks to the ring while mouthing off at a few fans. ]

Jason Muller - The BWI will never be the same after this match! I can't wait.

Damien Rogers - and his opponent, weighing in at 260 pounds, from Oakland, California, Scorpion!!! (crowd cheers)

[Blue flames erupt on the stage as Ozzy Osbourne's "I Don't Wanna Stop" plays. Scorpion walks to the ring slapping hands with the fans and wearing black tights with blue flames running up the legs. He also wears a double shoulder wrestling singlet with a blue Scorpion on it and flames behind it. On Scorpion's right arm he wears a large arm band and on the right he shows off his full arm scorpion tattoo. Once in the ring, Scorpion climbs the middle of the ropes, raises his right fist as he hangs over them. Blue flames erupt from the turnbuckles. Scorpion gets ready "Jackhammer" John Cook tests out the ropes. Scorpion tests out the ropes.]

[The bell rings as Scorpion pulls Cook with an arm drag. Scorpion spins around with a Tornado DDT on Cook! is up again. Now Cook standing. "Jackhammer" John Cook comes from behind and bulldogs Scorpion. Scorpion gets back to his feet. Cook nails Scorpion with a belly-to-back suplex. Jackhammer is back on his feet. They lockup. Cook sends Scorp to the corner of the ring. Punch to the face by Cook. "Jackhammer" John Cook punches repeatedly. "Jackhammer" John Cook dropkicks Scorp to the knee. Scorp stands up. Scorpion goes for a Samoan Drop but "Jackhammer" John Cook dodges the attack. Scorpion tosses "Jackhammer" John Cook over the top rope to the floor, then goes out after him. Scorp throws "Jackhammer" John Cook into ring post. "Jackhammer" John Cook is bleeding as a result. Scorpion puts Jackhammer on the top rope and executes a superplex. Scorp chants start. Scorp climbs to his feet. Scorpion hiptosses a charging "Jackhammer" John Cook onto the unforgiving steel rampway. Scorp slams "Jackhammer" John Cook on to steel rampway. ]

Derrick Chambers - My God!! What a match!

Jason Muller - weak move by "Jackhammer" John Cook.

Derrick Chambers – The fate of the BWI is hanging in the balance and these two are giving it everything they have.

[Scorpion turns to say something to the referee and John Cook plays like he stumbles and falls on Scorpion’s left knee. Scorpion immediately crumbles to the ground.]

Jason Muller  - This could be the opening that Cook is looking for.

[Cook immediately gets up and starts stomping on Scorpion’s left knee. After several stomps, Cook stretches out Scorpion’s leg and does a handstand using Scorpion’s knee as a base and then drives his knees right into Scorpion’s knee. Cook does this two more times.]

Derrick Chambers – Cook is taking advantage of Scorpion’s weakened knee.

[John Cook drags Scorpion to the middle of the ring and applies a Spinning Toe Hold to Scorpion’s left knee. Scorpion screams out in pain. Cook continues to release the Spinning Toe Hold and then reapplying. After doing this several times, Cook looks and makes sure he’s in the center of the ring and then applies the figure-four-leg-lock.]

Derrick Chambers – The Jackhammer has been applied in the center of the ring.

Jason Muller – If Cook can hold on, this match is over.

[Cook continues to apply pressure and Scorpion can’t get the hold reversed. The referee asks if Scorpion gives up and he keeps shaking his head no. Finally Scorpion falls back and the referee starts the count. One…Two…Thr…Scorpion raises back up.]

Derrick Chambers – That was close.

[Cook continues to apply pressure. Scorpion tries to reverse the figure-four-leg-lock but Cook has it on too tight and has leverage and he can’t. Scorpion lies back on the mat and the referee starts the count. One…Two...Thr…Scorpion again raises up.]

Derrick Chambers – I don’t know how much more Scorpion can take.

[The referee asks Scorpion gives up and he continues to shake his head. After several minutes Scorpion falls back to the mat.. The referee starts the count. One…Two…Three! Ding! Ding! Ding!]

Jason Muller – Cook has won!

Derrick Chambers – The BWI is now under the ownership of John Cook!

Damien Rogers – The winner of this match, ‘Jackhammer’ John Cook!!!

Derrick Chambers – Scorpion didn’t give up but Cook just had too much leverage with that figure-four.

[Cook gets up and jumps up and down in celebration. The referee checks on Scorpion who is trying to sit up. John Cook asks for a microphone. After receiving the microphone he walks over and stands over Scorpion smiling.. Cook then takes a step back.]

John Cook – Next Destruction I will address all the wrestlers in MY company. Until that time there are two orders of business that need to be addressed right now. First, no one in the BWI has earned the right to call me John so when addressing me you may call me Mr. Cook or you may call me Sir.

Jason Muller – Right off the bat Mr. Cook is laying down the law.

John Cook – Item number two.

[Cook turns and looks at Scorpion who is sitting up in the middle of the ring.]

John Cook – Scorpion, since you now work for me, I see no reason why we shouldn’t get your round one match in the Tournament of Valor out of the way. So later tonight you will face a wrestler I signed earlier this week for this very reason. And that wrestler is ‘Mr. Showtime’ Matthew Duncan. So Scorpion if I were you, I’d get off my ass and start getting ready. And in the meantime remember this; on your best night, I was still better.

[“Jackhammer John (Commissioner Mix)” begins to play as Cook looks down at Scorpion and laughs before exiting the ring.]

Derrick Chambers – Mr. Cook wasted no time in showing Scorpion he was now in charge because Scorpion has to wrestle again tonight against newly signed Matthew Duncan who is new to the BWI but is a former World Champion. And from what I know about him, his personality is very similar to Cooks.

Jason Muller – That’s Mr. Cook. And I love what he is doing. Scorpion is for a very long night.

[Backstage, Rebecca Morning is shown standing in front of the Destruction banner.]

Rebecca Morning - Please welcome with me...

[Slowly spinning, Doug Mason walks into the cameras view. He is wearing large, green sun glasses and nodding his head. His hair is black and beginning to get long. He wears a green shirt with the sleeves cut into retro looking furls. Rebecca watches him as he keeps spinning until he snaps at her.]

Doug Mason - YEAH!

[Rebecca is startled. Doug points at her and nods. He leans close to her and pulls the mic to his face. Doug talks softly and watches the camera.]

Doug Mason - Tonight, yeah, the Madness takes on Beth Casino, yeah. Tonight, the Madness, yeah, GETS FREKAY! YEAH!

[Rebecca is startled again but Mason calms her.]

Doug Mason - Easy, Ms. Morning. Tonight, you'll see, with the wooooooooooooorld, yeah...the MADNESS SHALL PREVAIL, YEAH YEAH YEAH!!

["Sound of Madness" by Shinedown blares in the arena as green lights flood the arena. Heavy lines of green lasers erupt from the entrance as a silhouette of Doug Mason standing at the entrance with his arms stretched wide open is shown. The furls from his long cape show as the lights come up and he spins around and begins pointing at the fans.]

Jason Muller – Mason is back but...he seems a little...odd.

Derrick Chambers - Yeah, he seems more...crazy but...I don't know. Sort of familiar. Its weird.

[Mason climbs the stairs, throws off his cape and walks along the apron to the fans delight. He enters the ring and waits for his opponent.]

[Rebecca Morning is seen backstage with Dino Casino.]

Rebecca Morning - Dino tonight you face Sammy Nyte for the XTC title.

[Dino smiles.]

Dino Casino - Sammy, I may not know much about you but, I do know what it takes to win.

[The Gambler walks over and hugs Dino.]

The Gambler - Long time no see old friend.

Dino Casino - It's very good to see you too.

[Gambler smiles.]

The Gambler - Rebecca this man here at one time held not one but,three major titles in the same fed at the same time. I don't know of anyone else who has done that.So when he says he knows how to win he means it.

Dino Casino - Tonight Sammy I am coming for the XTC title. I am coming for my first singles title in the BWI and to steel a line from my old partner here. I am going to win.....

[Dino pats Gambler on the back.]

Dino Casino and The Gambler - Bet on it.

[Dino and Gambler laugh.]

Dino Casino - NUFF SAID!!!!!!

[Dino and Gambler walk off talking to each other. As they get out of site Sammy Nyte walks up with the XTC title around his waist. Sammy shakes his head and sighs. He looks at Rebecca and shakes his head and heads off camera as the scene ends.]

[“Simple” by Collective Soul begins to play and ‘Texas Terror’ Jesse Rollen walks out of the back. Rollen is wearing a white dress shirt, a pair of Cinch jeans, a pair of black ostrich skin boots, and a black sport coat. He is greeted with a mixture of cheers and boos and slowly walks to the ring.]

Derrick Chambers – Rollen has a match in just a little but has decided to the come the ring. I wonder what he is going to say.

Jason Muller – I don’t know but it’s been a long time since he cut a promo so this should be awesome.

[Rollen gets in the ring and asks for a microphone.]

Jesse Rollen – Tonight started off with change. I have always thought that change can be good, but I also think that sometimes it’s important for us to return to what we do best. Now I have no idea how Mr. Cook will be as an owner and that’s not what I’m referring too. What I am referring to is something personal. I lost the BWI World Heavyweight Title in April of 2008. It’s been nearly two years.

Derrick Chambers – I can’t believe it’s been that long.

Jesse Rollen – Now in my contract I as given a written guarantee that if I became the World Champion and lost, I would get a rematch one on one against whomever beat me. That is something I never received and I never really forced the issue because soon after my best friend ‘Toetagger’ Tony Eriole became the World Champion. Admittedly, he and I had some issues and I honestly have no idea where the hell Tone is but after he lost the title two men that were long over due main event status passed the World Title back and forth and those two men are Phenyx and Midnight Rider. And as a fan, I truly enjoyed their battles over our sports biggest prize. And as a fan I’ve enjoyed the injection of Armageddon into that mix. And I can’t wait to see how the situation plays out between the BWI World Heavyweight Champion, Midnight Rider; the living legend Armageddon; and the former World Champion and current American Champion Phenyx. And I am willing to sit back as a fan and watch how this plays out. But when the dust settles on that issue, Mr. Cook I will be getting that rematch I never received.

Derrick Chambers – I wonder how Mr. Cook will handle that.

Jason Muller – I don’t know but that will be interesting to watch.

Jesse Rollen – In the interim, it’s time I got back to basics. When I teamed up with Blake Justice there was instant chemistry and we made our mark as one of the greatest tag-teams in recent memory. During out record setting Tag-Team Title reign I pretty much kept my cool and never really pushed the envelope. The Ruthless Bastard inside of me was held back. And while Texas Justice waits for our shot to reclaim our Tag-Team Titles and I wait for the Rider and Geddon situation to pan out I think it’s time the Ruthless Bastard reappears and I serve notice. You see Midnight Rider and Armageddon, whoever wins your little war, will have to deal with me. In the mean time, I’ve made out a hit list of wrestlers I want in the ring until I get the title shot.

Jason Muller – Texas Terror has a hit list? I’d hate to be on that list.

Jesse Rollen – The first man on that list is the man that in a weird twist of fate defeated me for the BWI World Heavyweight Title and that is War Machine Titan. So Mr. Cook, I don’t care if it’s the next Destruction, the next Pay-Per-View, or the next match, I want Titan in the ring.

Derrick Chambers – Some may say War Machine Titan is not the wrestler he was when he was the World Champion, but I don’t think Rollen cares.

Jesse Rollen – And as for my opponent tonight, Rory Mcgillicutty you’re just in the wrong place at the wrong. Tonight boy, the Ruthless Bastard returns I will do

Jesse Rollen and Crowd – WHATEVER IT TAKES!

[Rollen drops the microphone as “Simple” begins to play. Texas Terror exits the ring and slowly walks to the back.]

Derrick Chambers – For Jesse Rollen to say that the Ruthless Bastard is returning is not good for the wrestlers on his hit list.

Damien Rogers - The match is a Hardcore Match for the XTC title. On his way to The Ring at this time, weighing in at 269 pounds, from Columbus, Ohio a member of the Minutemen accompanied by War Machine Titan he holds the BWI American title belt, Sammy Nyte !!! (crowd cheers **)

[Red lights fill the arena as an explosion is heard.  "Kickstart My Heart" by Motley Crue plays as flames erupt from the stage. The song picks up and the Navy Jack flag appears on the Battle-Tron. "SAMMY NYTE" flashes on the screen as Sammy appears through the entrance curtain. Sammy wears gray wrestling trunks with red lettering "NYTE" on the back and red stripes down the sides with the block O on the front. His boots are black with the Blazing Buckeye logo on the sides, red knee pads, elbow pads and black gloves also make up his outfit. Sammy wears the American title around his waist. Sammy slaps hands with a few fans as he walks down the isle.  Sammy gets to the ring and climbs the stairs, enters the ropes and props his feet up in a ring corner waiting for his opponent.]

["Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed blasts across the arena. Dollar bill sign lights shoot to the ground as Dino Casino enters the arena. He walks down the aisle way as pyros go off. The crowd cheers as Dino slides into the ring and goes to his corner. Sammy walks around the ring. Dino gives one lucky fan an evelope with $1,000 in it. (the bell rings) Sammy Nyte pokes Moneybags in the eyes. ]

[Sammy sits up and looks shocked. Dino gets up and shrugs. Sammy slams the mat and rolls out of the ring as the referee hands the XTC title to Dino Casino.]

Derrick Chambers - Sammy seems shocked that he lost!

Jason Muller - Its the XTC title, you can always get it back later.

[John Cook is shown in what used to be Scorpion’s office. Several BWI employees are in there putting things in boxes.]

John Cook – Hurry up and get rid of this crap.

[There is a knock on the door.]

John Cook – Come in.

[‘Mr. Showtime’ Matthew Duncan walks in. His build is in the vein of HHH with black biker short type tights like Billy Gunn used to wear. On the front of the shorts there is a Tribal type design in white and Showtime in white on the back. Duncan wears Blue Knee Pads and Black boots as well as Blue wrist tape and black Elbow Pads. Cook reaches out and shakes his hand.]

John Cook – Don’t give me that look.

Matthew Duncan – I thought we were keeping me a secret until the match.

John Cook – We were, but to be honest, I just got caught up in the moment. [Mcgillicutty and Rollen lock up. Rollen knees Houston Hardkore in the gut and Irish whips him into the ropes. As Mcgillicutty comes off the ropes, Rollen nails him with a gordbuster. Texas Terror then exits the ring and grabs a steel chair and then reenters the ring. The referee tries to stop him, but Rollen just shoves him down and then drives the edge of the chair into the midsection of Rory Mcgillicutty.]

Derrick Chambers – I would say the Ruthless Bastard has returned in full force.

[Jesse Rollen gets to his feet and looks down at Mcgillicutty and Rollen gets a sadistic smile on his face.]

Jason Muller – It’s been a while since we’ve seen that smile.

[Rollen walks over to camera and says, “You’re next Titan!” Rollen stomps on Mcgillicutty a few more times and then finally exits the ring.]

[Phenyx is shown sitting on a couch in his dressing room, watching something on TV.  The BWI American Championship belt is draped over the back of the couch next to him.  A knock at the door can be heard.  Phenyx stands up, with the remote in his hand, and it can be seen that he's watching the end of the Tag Team #1 Contendership Match from the last Destruction.]

Phenyx - Damn, I never realized that Kira's such a sexy little ass-kicker...

[The Saint smirks to himself as he shuts off the TV and tosses the remote on the couch.  He then walks over and opens the door.  Rebecca Morning is waiting on the other side.  Phenyx sighs.]

Phenyx - What do you want, Becky?

Rebecca Morning - I was wondering if I could get an interview?

Phenyx - Well, make it quick.

Rebecca Morning - Okay.  Later tonight, you once again take on Midnight Rider in a First Round rematch for the Tournament of Valor.  Given Armageddon's interference last week, he has been named as the Special Guest Referee for this match.  What are your thoughts?

Phenyx - My thoughts?  Two weeks ago, Armageddon got his payback for when I interfered in his match with Rider at Holiday Havoc.  And now, Armageddon has the authority to hand pick who advances in the Tournament of Valor.  Seeing that he wants Rider's World Championship in the worst way, I'm sure he'd rather have Rider lose tonight, thus freeing his dance card for a Championship match with Armageddon.

Rebecca Morning - How can you say he gets to hand pick who wins?  He's the referee, he doesn't determine the outcome.

[The Saint rolls his eyes.]

Phenyx - Don't be so naive, Becky.  How many guest referees can you name, that didn't actually affect the outcome of the match they were calling?

[Rebecca starts to say something, but as usual, Phenyx cuts her off.]

Phenyx - That's right, none.  If Armageddon does actually choose to call this one right down the middle, then I'm confident in my abilities to advance.  Like I told you last time, this will be another classic between Midnight Rider and myself.

[Phenyx starts to close the door, but stops momentarily.]

Phenyx - That is...if Armageddon doesn't mess it all up.

[Phenyx smirks and closes the door, as Rebecca is about to ask another question.  Frustrated, Rebecca just sighs as the camera cuts back to ringside.]

Derrick Chambers - I can't wait for that match later tonight.  Phenyx versus Midnight Rider, with Armageddon as the referee?  Should be entertaining to say the least!

Jason Muller - Phenyx thinks Kira Bristow is hot?  Did I hear that right?

Derrick Chambers - I do believe he said something to that effect.  Who cares?

Jason Muller - Phenyx should.  That's nothing but a distraction!

Derrick Chambers - Well, he's wrestling against Midnight Rider, not Kira Bristow.  I can't see how that would distract him at all.

Jason Muller - But girls are nothing but trouble.

Derrick Chambers - I guess that answers that question...

["THIS MEANS WAAAAAR!!" is heard in the arena and shown on the BWI-Tron. "War Machine" by AC/DC blares in the arena. The lights come up and the camera searches for Titan who emerges from somewhere in the crowd. The crowd cheers as Titan stands amongst them. Titan throws a fist up in the air causing the fans to cheer more. Titan wears a worn brown leather vest and a darker brown tank top underneath which shows off his tattooed arms. He also wears worn desert camo pants and large military boots. His black hair is pulled back into a pony tail and he his fists are wrapped up with white tape.. Titan makes his way down the steps to the ring keeping focused but letting the fans pat him on the back and shake hands. At ringside, Titan steps over the railing and then pulls himself up on the apron as Sammy walks down the isle and stands at ringside. On the apron he turns around and throws his right arm up in the air causing the fans to cheer. Titan steps over the top rope and stands in the middle of the ring and salutes the crowd. The crowd cheers as Titan prepares for the match.]

["Black Betty" by SpiderBait plays as the lights go dim. A white pyro explosion takes place at the entrance as white smoke erupts from both sides of the entrance. The crowd cheers as Kira Bristow walks out punching the air and then holding up her arms.]

Derrick Chambers - Kira Bristow is one of the toughest to ever compete in a wrestling ring. Tonight, she takes on a former World Champion and a large, large man.

[Kira wears a slender silver top that shows her mid drift with "BRISTOW" written on her chest in white and outlined in black. On the backside of her short, silver tights, reads "ONSLAUGHT" in the same white font with black outline. Kira also wears her usual black boots with "BRISTOW" written down the sides, black wrestling knee pads, elbow pads and mixed martial arts style black gloves. She comes out in a black hooded jacket with "Onslaught" Kira Bristow written on it in silver. As she makes her way to the ring she pulls back the hood to reveal her beautiful face and black hair which is pulled back into a pony tail. Kira walks to the ring letting fans pat her on the shoulders. Kira enters through the ropes slowly. Once in the ring she holds up her arms which causes the fans to cheer. She takes off her jacket, puts in a mouth guard and leans in the corner nearest to her waiting for the bell.]

Jason Muller - Bristow Slap! What a wicked kick to the head that is!!

[Kira quickly grabs Titan from behind with her choke hold, the Kut Off! The crowd cheers.]

Derrick Chambers - Kut Off!!! Kira got it on the big man while he's still on his knees!

[Titan fights the hold with every thing he has but Kira has the leverage she needs. Kira pummels him with fists all over his head which allows her to wrap her legs around him, pull him to the mat and squeeze.]

Derrick Chambers - Kira has executed this move perfectly. I'm not sure even Titan can get out of it. Remember folks, she's made men like Scott Bentley and Rory Mcgillicutty tap out with this move.

Derrick Chambers - Duncan nails him with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker.

Jason Muller - That was a devistating move. I don't think Scorpion will be able to recover from that. 
 
[Duncan walks over to Scorpion who is holding his back in pain. He lifts him from the mat into the air and tosses him over his head to the mat with a fall away slam. Duncan looks out to the crowd, flexes and signals that this one is over. He lifts Scorpion, Kicks him in the gut, puts him in power bomb position, lifts him over his head into a crusifix power bomb and drops Scorpion to the mat.]
 
Derrick Chambers - He calls that the "Show's Over."
 
Jason Muller - That was impressive. 
 
[Duncan covers, referee makes the count 1....2...3. Ding. Ding. Ding.]
 
Derrick Chambers - It's over. "Mr. Showtime" wins it and sends a clear message to Scorpion on behalf of John Cook.

["Jackhammer John (Commissioner Mix)" By Woodie Guthrie hits as John Cook makes his way to the ring to a chorus of boos. He has a microphone in hand.]
 
Jason Muller - Speaking of "the Jackhammer" it looks like he's got something to say.
 
[Cook climbs into the ring, gives Duncan a fist pound as the crowd continues to boo and he looks into the camera and raises the mic and begins to speak]
 
John Cook - Look at that. The once mighty Scorpion in one night has not only lost control of his company, he's lost to a debuting wrestler. What Matt and I have accomplished tonight is just the beginning. The waves of change are sweeping through the BWI and at the head will be the greatest wrestler of all time, the greatest orator of all time, simply the greatest of all time. BWI, you're on notice. And for those that think they can challenge me, remember that on your best day, I'm still better.
 
["Jackhammer John (Commissioner Mix)" begins to play as Cook looks down at Scorpion and smiles. He then pats Matt Duncan on the back and says something to him. The two men are showered with garbage, debris and a chorus of Boo's as they exit the ring and head to the back.]
 
Derrick Chambers - John Cook in control is a scary prospect.
 
Jason Muller - I can't wait. John Cook is the man and represents change I can believe in.
 
Derrick Chambers - You would.
 
[ Duncan and Cook stop at the stage and raise their arms in the air as the show fades to black.]

[Rebecca Morning is seen with Kayoken Shiro and Masked Warrior in the interview area. Both are in their ring gear, Masked Warrior with the Ultra Title around her waist and looking quite pleased with themselves.]

Rebecca Morning - I'm here with Reign of Fire, and tonight you'll be comepeteing in a Six Person Tag Team Match against the Honor Society. Both of you have had issues with memebrs of the group, but Kayoken people are still confused as to what exactly your issue with Bob the Janitor is?

[Kayoken smirks as he looks at Rebecca.]

Kayoken Shiro - You know Rebecca, everywhere I go, thats all people want to know. How can I keep attacking Bob? Why do I hate Bob? Whats my problem with Bob? To me it's very simple.. Bob and I are not all that different. We both have tempers. We both have had tendencies to fly off the deep end in the past. But the difference is, Bob for all his problems, for all the times he's gone cuckoo for Coca Puffs, continues to be loved and admired by all the easily led people in the audience. They say Bob is great guy! They say Bob is a Super Hero! Bob is a Role Model! He goes out there and makes people laugh, he brings smiles to children's faces.

[Kayoken stops smirking and gets a very cold and angry look on his face.]

Kayoken Shiro - But when Kayoken gets, for lack of a better term, a little nutty, it's a whole different story. They say I'm dangerous, They say I'm a threat to others well being, They say I'm should be locked back up in a hospital.. That I scare people, that I'm frightening to children. Two sides to the same coin bob. thats what we are. Excpet I'm not satidfied with it. I want to expose you for what you are.. I want to show the world you're not a Super Hero, you're not a nice guy. I'm not going to stop. I'm going to expose the lie that is the Honor Society. For every triumph you have, Riegn of Fire is goingto be there to ruin it.. For every tragedy that befalls you, we'll be there to revel in it. And tongiht, with all three of you in the ring at once, it's going to be like shooting fish in barrell.

[Kayoken makes a pistol motion with his hand.]

Kayoken Shiro - Pow, pow.

[Rebecca turns to Masked Warrior.]

Masked Warrior - I made it no secreat as to why I went after Jessica Caine. She needs to face the facts that she got caught leaving my hotel room shortly after I was attacked .Putting that aside however, I actully admire Jessica and would not have a problem working with her. All she has to do is appologize and I won't personally attack her anymore.

Rebecca Morning - Well how do you feel tonight about having a mystery partner and the winner of the match getting your Ultra Title?

[Masked Warrior looks pissed.]

Masked Warrior - How should I feel Rebecca. Not only could I lose the title by not getting pinned or giving up but, Hell I could lose the title just by not being the one who wins the match. It's down right highway robbery. The simple truth was told when I uncovered I got a shot at this very title.

[Masked Warrior pats the Ultra title around her waist.]

Masked Warrior - That I will be that no matter what your looking at your Ultra Champion for a long time to come. As for our partner tonight I don't care if they even show up or not. Kayoken and I can handle the so called Honor Society by are selfs. So when all is said and done tonight Reign of Fire will be standing tall and I will still be your BWI Ultra Champion.

[Masked Warrior grabs Kayokens arm and they walk off together.]

["Master of Puppets" by Metallica hits over the PA system. The lights fade down as Armageddon emerges from the curtain and walks slowly down the aisle. He enters the ring over the top rope.]

Damien Rogers - On his way to the ring at this time, he is the reigning BWI American Champion, weighing in at 228 pounds, from Glendale, Arizona, Phenyx!!! (crowd boos)

["Changing of the Guard" by Nabo Rawk blasts throughout the arena. The lights dim and the arena glows with an orangish light. The crowd boos as Phenyx steps out onto the stage at the top of the ramp. Phenyx wears baggy carpenter jeans, a Navy P-coat and dark sunglasses.  He stands there for a second, soaking in the crowd's reaction, before giving a smug smile and heading towards the ring. On his way down the aisle, he avoids the eager fans who are reaching out to get a high five or any sort of acknowledgment. Upon reaching the ring, he walks around it and jaws with the jeering fans at ringside.  He then takes off his sunglasses and Navy P-coat, revealing that he's wearing a white wife beater underneath.]

Damien Rogers - and his opponent, he is the reigning BWI World Champion, weighing in at 221 pounds, from Canyon, Texas, Midnight Rider!!! (crowd boos)

[Nickleback "Side of a Bullet" hits as Midnight Rider walks out and has his total focus on the ring. He never takes his focus off of the ring or his opponent. The Saint tests out the ropes. Rider walks around the ring. The bell rings. Phenyx executes a swinging bulldog on Midnight Rider driving Rider's face into the mat. Phenyx gets up. Midnight Rider is up again. Midnight Rider executes a headlock takedown. ]

Derrick Chambers - headlock takedown!

[They lockup. Midnight Rider sends The Saint to the corner of the ring. Rider uses a closed fist on Phenyx to the face. ]

Jason Muller - punch!

[The Saint gives Midnight Rider a reverse neckbreaker. Phenyx moves back to his feet. They lockup. Phenyx sends Midnight Rider to the corner of the ring. Rider dropkicks Phenyx to the knee. ]

Jason Muller - Follows up with a dropkick.

[Midnight Rider stands up. Midnight Rider goes for a pin. Armageddon counts the pin. ...1 ...2 The Saint kicks out. ]

Derrick Chambers - Rider was so close!!

Jason Muller - Rider is taking it to The Saint.

[Midnight Rider leaps off the top rope with a missle dropkick on Phenyx! ]

Derrick Chambers - If Midnight Rider keeps using moves like that Missle Dropkick he could win the match!

[Rider clotheslines Phenyx. Phenyx hits Midnight Rider with an inverted DDT on to his knee for the Meat Grinder! The Saint short clothslines Midnight Rider. Midnight Rider stands up. Rider kicks Phenyx in the groin. The Saint superkicks Rider. They lockup. Phenyx sends Midnight Rider to the corner of the ring. The Saint double underhook faceslams Midnight Rider hard to the Midnight Rider. The Saint clotheslines Rider. The Saint double underhook faceslams Midnight Rider hard to the Midnight Rider. Midnight Rider is back on his feet. Phenyx is hit with a reverse DDT by Midnight Rider! Rider sucks chants start in the crowd. Rider is up again. Rider backbody drops Phenyx all the way to the steel rampway, then goes out after him. Rider slams Phenyx on to steel rampway. ]

Jason Muller - These guys are almost as good as me. Wouldn't you agree?

Derrick Chambers - Not in this life time.

[Midnight Rider clotheslines The Saint. The Saint superkicks Rider. They lockup. Phenyx sends Rider to the corner of steel rampway. The Saint short clothslines Midnight Rider. ]

Jason Muller - Midnight Rider takes a short clothesline.

[Rider moves back to his feet. The Saint executes the Diamond Cutter on Midnight Rider! ]

Derrick Chambers - That diamond cutter was very good.

[Phenyx gets back to his feet. Phenyx irishwhips Rider from the rampway back first into the ring apron! The Saint punches Midnight Rider repeatedly. ]

Derrick Chambers - Phenyx executes a weak move.

[Rider executes a headlock takedown. Phenyx gets up. The Saint executes a swinging bulldog on Midnight Rider driving Rider's face into the floor. The Saint climbs to his feet. Midnight Rider kicks The Saint in the groin. ]

Jason Muller - kick to the groin by Midnight Rider.

[The Saint gives Midnight Rider a reverse neckbreaker. Phenyx moves back to his feet. Midnight Rider goes for a suplex but Phenyx dodges the attack. ]

Derrick Chambers - This is quality sports entertainment!

Jason Muller - The floor is covered with blood from that injury.

[Rider body slams Phenyx. Midnight Rider backbody drops Phenyx into the crowd then goes in after him. Midnight Rider piledrives Phenyx. Midnight Rider clotheslines The Saint back over the guardrail to ringside then follows after him. Rider throws ring bell at The Saint. The Saint is bleeding as a result. ]

Jason Muller - What a match!

[Midnight Rider suplexes The Saint. ]

Derrick Chambers - Nice power move by Midnight Rider.

[The Saint gets up. Rider suplexes Phenyx hard onto the steel rampway. ]

Derrick Chambers - Midnight Rider's momma would be proud!

[Rider punches Phenyx in the head. Phenyx hits Rider with an inverted DDT on to his knee for the Meat Grinder! Rider uses a closed fist on Phenyx to the face. ]

Jason Muller - Follows up with a punch.

[Midnight Rider kicks The Saint in the groin.. ]

Derrick Chambers - kick to the groin!

[Rider executes a headlock takedown. ]

Jason Muller - Phenyx takes a headlock takedown.

[Rider punches Phenyx repeatedly. Rider grabs The Saint's head and DDT's him on the steel floor. ]

Derrick Chambers - That DDT was very good.

[Rider stands up. Rider slams The Saint on to steel rampway. ]

Jason Muller - So far this has been a pretty even contest.

Derrick Chambers - You're right Jason.  Both wrestlers have done what they said they would do.  And Armageddon has called it down the middle.

Jason Muller - I wouldn't go that far.

[Rider and Phenyx lock up in a collar-and-elbow tie-up. Rider gets the advantage and backs Phenyx into the corner. The two stay locked up, and Armageddon moves in to start the count.]

Armageddon - One!  Two!  Three!  Come on, break it up!

[Armageddon taps Rider on the shoulder to try to get him to break it up. Rider wheels around and elbows the special guest referee in the jaw, which sends Armageddon stumbling backwards.]

Derrick Chambers - Oh!  Look out!

[Rider immediately forgets the match with Phenyx and charges Armageddon, sending him crashing into the opposite turnbuckle.  Phenyx watches this all transpire for a minute, then starts walking towards the pile up.]

Jason Muller - Now I think we're getting somewhere here.

[Rider and Phenyx double team Armageddon, nailing him with punches to the head and body, which forces the big man down to a knee in the corner.  Rider stays on Armageddon while Phenyx quickly jumps to the outside and lifts up the ring apron. He reaches underneath the ring and pulls out a steel folding chair.]

Derrick Chambers - This is not necessary!  Armageddon is a BWI referee here tonight, and this could harbor huge fines for these two men.

Jason Muller - They don't care Jason.  Rider is the World Champion, which means he's got all kinds of cash.

[Rider pulls Armageddon to the center of the ring and whips him into the ropes.  He goes for a clothesline but Armageddon ducks and bounces off the opposite ropes.  When the two meet again in the center of the ring, Armageddon grabs Rider by the throat. Phenyx jumps into the ring with the chair and slams Armageddon in the back with it.  The big man turns around, distracted by the chair shot, and Rider uses the opening to kick Armageddon right in the groin.]

Derrick Chambers - Low blow!  Come on now, that's not necessary!

Jason Muller - Neither was the double chokeslam two weeks ago Derrick.  Payback is a bitch, as they say.

[With Armageddon doubled over, Rider spikes him with a DDT right in the center of the ring.  Phenyx grabs one leg and Rider snags the other, and the two wishbone Armageddon's legs.]

Derrick Chambers - Oh man!  A wishbone to the big man and that is going to hurt for quite some time.  They're trying to injure Armageddon!

[The crowd boos as Phenyx and Rider look down at Armageddon, who is wincing in pain.  Phenxy looks at the chair he's holding in his hand and then flings it out of the ring. The two men start to exit the ring.]

Derrick Chambers - Well I guess we have ourselves another no contest here in the Tournament of Valor.  Two Destructions and two matches with no winner between the two former tag team champions.

[Armageddon rolls over to the side of the ring and yells for a microphone. The ring announcer hastily runs up to him and hands him the stick. A gasping Armageddon addresses Phenyx and Rider.]

Armageddon - I think I see how it is now.  It's so blatantly clear to me. It seems as though I need my own personal... insurance policy!

[Armageddon throws the mic down. Phenyx and Rider are shown walking up the ramp, looking back at the ring. Both look at each other, and Rider mouthes to Phenyx, "insurance policy?"  Phenyx shrugs and the two continue heading to the back.]

Jason Muller - What the hell does he mean by "insurance policy?"

Derrick Chambers - Stop swearing.  This is a family show.  Something tells me we're going to find out one way or another, and I don't think Rider and Phenyx are going to enjoy the results..

Damien Rogers - This match has been ruled a No Contest!!!

Derrick Chambers - Whatever folks. We are out of time. Um...there is something going on backstage.

[Backstage we see John Cook's office, trashed. Cook and Duncan are laying on the ground holding their heads. Scorpion is shown throwing things and swinging a crow bar.]

Scorpion - You think this is OVER?! This will NEVER be over, Cook! I was gonna do as I said...create a board for the BWI...but now?! You don't deserve that. The BWI as you know it...is DEAD! I won't let you have this company...so I'm going to bring in...an unholy alliance to stop you.

[Scorpion drops the crow bar and leaves as Cook and Duncan are show in pain on the floor. The BWI logo fades in with a large white question mark over it.]
